Harmonic Damper
I was using a later 5.0L engine that needs a 50 oz-in harmonic damper, but because of the popularity of fitting later engines to a 1960’s car it is possible to buy an earlier shorter style but with 50 oz-in weight and both compatible with both 3 and 4-bolt accessory pulley pattern, this moves the pulley 0.950 in.( 24.13mm) closer to the engine, I used a Professional Products PowerForce Harmonic Dampers 80007.
Crankshaft Pulley
As I wanted to run hydraulic power steering I needed a 2 groove pulley for the crank pulley and I was able to use a stock 2 Groove 2V Crankshaft Pulley V-Belt For Ford 1970-UP Small Block 302 but as I was all so using a Shorty-Style water pump I would have to design the water pump pulley..
Custom Water Pump Pulley
The water pump pulley was drawing in cad and machined locally.
Alternator
The alternator also became a bit of a hybrid using a Peugeot 205 alternator with a Vauxhall Astra pulley and again laser cut custom brackets see first image.

You can see in this picture the clearance is good and we design everthing so we could use standard Capri 2.8i power steering hoses and Fox body Mustang cooling hoses adding to the factory look.
